Dr PH Martin's Bombay Inks are perfect for permanent background washes, airbrushing on a wide variety of surfaces and a myriad of design and fine art applications. There are 24 colours in the line that can easily blend to create more. They dry to a rich velvety matte finish that allows for working over as well as for providing easily photographed reproduction art. You can reduce colour strength by just adding water without reducing the permanency of the colour. To richen up the colour, you can glaze using a gloss spray varnish or any acrylic based gloss varnish. Black and white have incredible covering power while colours are ideally transparent.
