The classic modelling material and one of the easiest to use by simply adding water to the plaster powder. Much favoured by modellers as it is easy to manipulate once dry as it remains relatively soft so it can be shaped with metal tools or even sandpaper. Generates some heat when water is added so care should be taken if using parts of the body to work on.
